The Rumely Product Collectors Board of Directors meets at least twice a year. The Board meets during the annual expo and again during the Spring. The location and date of the spring meeting varies each year.

The board of directors is elected for 3 year term from the general membership. The year following the directors name is the year elected for their current term.
